M is an online marketplace where sellers and agents list plots and houses. M is not a real estate agent, a lawyer or a party to any sale or rental, and does not give legal or financial advice.
Always visit the property, do an official land title search, and use a lawyer before paying any money. Never pay a deposit before verifying the seller and the documents yourself.
Verified means M reviewed documents provided by the seller. It is not a guarantee of ownership, title or the accuracy of a listing.
You must be allowed to sell or rent what you list, give accurate information and real photos, and mark listings as Sold when they are no longer available. Fraud, double-selling, fake listings and misleading prices are not allowed.
Illegal, abusive or harassing content, spam, copyrighted material you do not own, and attempts to harm or break the app.
You can report a listing in the app. M may remove content, or suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms.
M is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, M is not responsible for losses from dealings between users.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
